Club Information
General	We are specifically a ski club but additionally a year round activity club as well. We hike, bike, sail, kayak, etc. and most importantly, we socialize.
Board of Directors	Après' 4 Officers are elected by the general membership at the March General Meeting. The 12 Directors are Officer appointed.
Meeting Minutes	BOD meeting minutes are available in Word on request to the Club Secretary,
Bylaws	These constitute the founding laws of The Club and require a 2/3 vote of the membership for change.
Policy	The policy is set by the Board of Directors and may be changed by a majority vote at Board Meetings.
E-mail Policy	The policy is set by the Board of Directors and may be changed by a majority vote at Board Meetings.
Meeting	The General Member meeting is usually on the second Wed. of each month unless noted otherwise on the home page.

Lodge Information
General	Our fully owned lodge is located in Kings Beach, Tahoe
Lodge Lock Codes	Email for any code changes or instructions on how to use them or phone him; four zero eight 379 three four eight nine. (Lock codes are necessary to gain access to the storage and work sheds, etc.)
Lodge Rates	Standard rates for unorganized stays.
Payment	By check, money order or Paypal, only. No Cash! If by check, expect some delay in cashing or processing else use a money order.
