improved our on-line accounting programs. These are easier to use and more appropriate than
regular spreadsheets. If you are new to computers, these are a breeze. If you have

Begin using these programs at the very beginning of an event and start entering attendees as they sign-up, even for pending payments. Enter expenses at the end of the event. |
| Click here for ALEC | ALEC (Après Lodge Event Computation) is for Lodge Events. You may open an ALEC account yourself or ask Ed Martin at ALEC has provision for bed allocation, payment type, coupon submission and applicant status - member, guest, etc. You may also set your own options for event specific payments. |
| Click here for ADA | Use ADA (Après Day Accounting) for non-lodge events. Normally the leader sets their own event specific payment options. |
