Meet at 9:30am in Los Gatos Park&Ride

or
at Arana Gulch Park in Santa Cruz at about 10am (or so depending on traffic).  Park on Agnes Street.

 

We will walk through Arana Park and along the harbor (about 2 miles) to the beach and lighthouse.  Lunch will be at Aldo's restaurant on the harbor.  Bring your pail and shovel, beach ball or frisbee and anything else you may want to play with on the beach and come join in the fun.

 

This is a nature preserve but dogs on leashes are allowed in the park, on the beach and at Aldo's on the deck.  There is a stiff fine if you get caught with an unleashed dog.   I am told that the park rangers are merciless.
