Sharon Antonelli is our Director of Membership and can answer any questions you may have about membership renewal, joining Après and membership benefits in Après.

Eligibility:	The Après Ski Club is open to all active and single people ages 21 and up. Actually, you don't have to be active but Après certainly caters to those who are with many fun and active things to do. Being single is absolute and non-negotiable.
Cost:	Our annual membership fee is $60.00 for new membership and late renewals (past 30 days) and $55 for timely yearly renewals (within 30 days.) If you would just like to try us out (first time members only,) we also offer a 6-month trial membership fee for only $35.00. If renewing, your membership is retroactive to your anniversary date unless your renewal lapsed more then 6 months, then the membership starts on the month we receive your application. (New board policy effective February 1, 2008)
On-line Application	For this option you must use Paypal for payment. Paypal does accept credit cards. If you don't have a Paypal account, the signup to use Paypal is painless. If you do not already have a Paypal account, you will be routed to the Paypal account signup during this application process.
Paper Application Form	For this option; you may pay by check or money order. Please send the appropriate value check or money order (see cost) made out to Après Ski Club with your filled out (and signed) application/waiver form and a stamped self addressed envelope to: Après Ski Club, P.O. Box 4794, San Jose, CA 95150-4794
	Après uses Yahoo Groups e-mail distribution for club communications. Après does not require club membership to receive Yahoo Groups e-mail distributions but we would welcome it.
Benefits:	Upon acceptance of your new membership, you will be mailed a membership card and an Après Lodge at Lake Tahoe coupon good for one FREE nights stay, a membership value of $20. (Actual value is $80 if you compare a lodge coupon to an inexpensive motel room.) This coupon alone, is like being paid to become a new member. You will also get discounts at several Après events as well as merchant discounts, available only to Après members. The lodge coupon is also given for the $35, once in a lifetime, trial membership also. You are also without any additional fees, qualified for membership in the *FWSA* (Far West Ski Association,) the BAC (Bay Area Council,) and the *NSCF* (National Ski Council Federation.) There are additional merchant discounts available through these organizations as well as a gaggle of additional activities and events to select from. Contact the Après Ski Club representative for FWSA, BAC, etc. to apply for a membership card with FWSA. The other listed organizations, just need to see your "Après Ski Club" membership card, to qualify for discounts, activities and events, etc.
