- If an event has a waiting list, the event’s full price will be refunded. You may also solicit your own
replacement if a waiting list does not exist.
- If the Club cancels an event, a full refund will be made.
- Cancellations up to one week before the event or activity will get full refund.
- Cancellations three days before the event or activity, at 8 p.m. or earlier = 50% refund
- Cancellations after three days before the event or activity, after 8 p.m. = no refund.
- No refund for no shows.
Après Ski Club, Inc. accepts no claims of damages for Club-cancelled events. Event specific cancellation policies shall have precedence over this policy. |
