We are specifically a ski club but additionally a year round activity club as well. We hike, bike, sail, kayak, etc. and most importantly, we socialize. |

| Bylaws |
These constitute the founding laws of the club. As of April 2008 changes to the bylaws
require a majority vote of at least 25% of the general membership. |
