Thank you in anticipation for considering leading an Après event.
Many events, such as hikes, bike rides or dinner groups do not require much organization or
any financial accounting. Some events do require expenditure and a corresponding charge to balance
the account. Après requests leaders to plan for a small income excess. Invariably lodge events
have significant expenditure and participation charges are suggested to keep the lodge in fiscal balance.
All Après events require participants, whether members or guests, to fill out a
liability waiver
It is the event leader's responsibility to have waivers available at the event and see that all participants sign.
A special waiver form is used for lodge events that allows entry for room used, etc.
It should be located on the dryer in the kitchen. Here is a copy:

For lodge events enjoy your benefits, free attendance in a deluxe room for you and your assistant
assuming attendance numbers are met and a lodge coupon for you both for each day of the event.

We have attempted to make event leading as easy as possible with on-line services.

an easy set-up procedure, expected income is accumulated automatically. Just enter your
